摘　　要：南中国海油气资源因其战略价值和资源的有限性成为南海周边国家竞相争夺的焦点,多年以来,南海周边国家围绕着油气资源进行激烈的对抗和冲突,并不断引入国际大型石油公司介入合作开发,使南海油气开发逐步走向国际化,由此表现出共同开发、国际化等特点,并朝向大型油气企业占主导的趋势发展。因此,我国应积极采取相应的应对之策,应维护我国的南海权益、促进海洋资源开发。The South China Sea has become a focus of attention because of its strategic value and limited resources of oil and gas.For many years the neighboring countries have involved themselves in violent confrontation and conflict which centers around oil and gas resources.Owing to the introduction of large international oil companies in joint exploitation,the South China Sea oil and gas dispute has gradually gone international.Therefore,China should take countermeasures to safeguard her rights and interests and promote the development of marine resources in the South China Sea.
