摘  要:关于控制系统优化设计问题,PID控制在过程控制中被广泛采用。但在实际应用中系统参数整定问题一直是一个尚未很好解决的难点。随着专家系统技术的发展并应用到自动控制领域,给PID控制器参数整定提供了新的思路。为了构造PID参数整定的专家系统,提出了一个采用多属性决策的模糊推理方法。针对控制器的多属性性能指标,建立了结构化模糊产生式规则的模糊知识表达方法,定义了模糊匹配度,给出了相应的多属性决策模糊推理方法,实例分析说明了所提方法的有效性。PID control is the most common control method used in process control, but it is difficult to tune PID parameters in practice. With the development of expert system technology in the field of automatic control, it brings new energy for the study of laid controller tuning. Aiming at constructing an expert system to perform PID controller tuning, an adapted fuzzy reasoning method based on multi - attribute decision - making metrics was proposed. In the context of multi - attribute performance indices of controllers, a knowledge representation method consistent with structured fuzzy production rules was specified along with fuzzy matching degrees. As a consequence, an accommodated multi - attribute decision - making based fuzzy reasoning approach was presented. A case study was carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the contribution.
