摘　　要：测定软膏中达克罗宁的含量。方法 :采用二阶导数光谱法 ,以 2 83.4nm(谷 )处的半振幅为定量依据 ,消除软膏中其它成分测定的干扰。结果 :平均回收率为 97.85 %。结论 :对 6批样品进行测定 ,方法可靠 ,简便 ,快速之特点。OBJECTIVE:To determine the quantity of dyclonine in compound ribavirin ointment.METHODS:The contents of dyclonine in the ointment were determinated by means of second derivative spectrometry, in which the quantitative calculations were based on the half peak height at 283.4 nm.The interference caused by other compounds in ribavirin ointment can be eliminated by using this method.RESULTS:Average recovery was 97.85%.CONCLUSIONS:The method is reliable,simple.
