64排螺旋CT与超声心动图评价原发性高血压患者左心功能的对比分析

摘　　要：目的将64排螺旋CT(64 SCT)与超声心动图(Echo)左心室功能各指标进行比较,讨论64 SCT成像技术和Echo技术对左心室功能相关评价指标的准确性、相关性以及可行性分析,并分析64 SCT成像技术和Echo技术的相关性和差异性,并探讨64 SCT成像技术在原发性高血压患者左心室功能评价中的临床应用价值。方法临床诊断原发性高血压患者47例。全部病例于12 h内进行心脏64 SCT和超声心动图检查。对比64 SCT和超声测量值的差异性和相关性。结果使用64 SCT成像技术和Echo技术测得的左心室相关功能指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),64 SCT成像技术和Echo技术所测的左心室心功能相关指标LVESV、LVEDV、LVSV、LVEF相关性高(r=0.81～0.91)。用64 SCT成像技术所测LV ESV、LV EDV相较超声心动图检测值偏大,64 SCT成像技术所测LVSV、LVEF相较超声心动图偏小。结论 64 SCT成像技术在左心室功能评价方面可靠、准确,与超声心动图各指标之间相关性好。Objective To assess the functional parameters of left ventricle with 64 SCT and the results were compared with Echo;to evaluate the accuracy,relevance and feasibility of relative supersonic heart movement indicators in 64 SCT image formation technology and Echo;to analyze the two＇s relevance and the differences,and discuss the clinical application value of 64 SCT in evaluating the left heart function of patients with essential hypertension.Methods Forty-seven patients clinically diagnosed as primary high blood pressure were selected as examples and performed with 64 SCT and the echocardiogram inspection in 12 h.The differences and the relevance of values in 64 SCT and the ultrasonic observation were contrasted.Results There was no significant difference in ventricular function parameters for 64 SCT and Echo.A strong correlation for all parameters between 64 SCT and Echo（r=0.81-0.91）was found.However,LVEDV and LVES were overestimated with 64 SCT compared with Echo,while LVSV and LVEF were underestimated in 64 SCT.Conclusion A strong correlation between 64 SCT and Echo is found for all parameters.64 SCT is reliable and accurate in the left heart function appraisal aspect.
