2种检测方法在细菌性阴道病诊断中的有效性比较

摘　　要：目的探讨BV Blue法与Amsel法对诊断细菌性阴道病(BV)的有效性比较。方法分别采用BV Blue法和Amsel法对638例疑似细菌性阴道病的病例进行检测和结果比较。结果 BV Blue法筛查BV阳性率为38.4%。Amsel法判定BV阳性率为39.2%;BV Blue法的符合率、敏感性、特异性、假阴性率、假阳性率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为96.7%、94.4%、98.1%、6.0%、1.8%、94.4%和98.2%。2种检测方法的检测结果有很好的一致性(Kappa=0.93)。结论提示采用BV Blue法对细菌性阴道病的诊断是简便、快速、可靠、结果易判读的好方法,有较好的临床应用价值,可替代Amsel法,适用于门诊患者BV筛查,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness between BV Blue and Amsel in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.Methods BV Blue and Amsel method were applied in 638 cases of gynecologic out-patients with suspected bacterial vaginosis for testing and the results were compared.Results The study found that the positive rate of BV Blue method was 38.4%,and that of Amsel method was 39.2% in screening BV.The coincidence rate,sensitivity,specificity,false negative rate,false positive rate,positive predictive value,negative predictive value was 96.7%,94.4%,98.1%,6%,1.8%,94.4%,and 98.2% respectively by BV Blue＇s.The results of two testing methods had very good consistency（Kappa=0.93）.Conclusion BV Blue is a good method for the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis with its simplity,fastness,reliablity,goodness of results interpretation,which can replace Amsel method in screening out-patients infected with bacterial vaginosis.
