摘  要:为提高风力发电机组对发电系统可靠性的贡献,将电池储能系统(BESS)接入风电场的汇流母线,并以电力不足期望与电量不足期望为可靠性衡量指标,利用序贯蒙特卡洛技术评估BESS对发电系统可靠性的影响。考虑到BESS在生命周期内的充、放电次数有限,为延长其使用寿命,严格控制BESS运行过程中的不完整充、放电循环。基于RETS测试系统的仿真结果表明,在不显著消耗BESS循环寿命的情况下,BESS可有效提高风力发电机组对发电系统可靠性的贡献。To enhance the reliability contribution of wind turbine generators to the power generation system,the battery energy storage system(BESS) was incorporated into a wind farm,and the sequential Monte Carlo simulation technology was used to assess the reliability of the power generation system incorporated with BESS and wind farms,measured by loss of energy expectation(LOEE) and loss of load expectation(LOLE) indices.With consideration of a finite number of battery charge-discharge cycles,any incomplete charge-discharge cycle was forbidden for prolonging the lifetime of the battery.The simulation results of RBTS indicate that incorporation with BESS can dramatically enhance the reliability without consuming too many charge-discharge cycles of the battery.
