益肝解毒方治疗痰瘀蕴毒型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益肝解毒方治疗痰瘀蕴毒型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的有效性及安全性。方法将90例痰瘀蕴毒型非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例;治疗组予基础治疗(合理饮食和适当运动)及益肝解毒方,对照组予基础治疗及水飞蓟素片。两组疗程均为2个月,观察中医证候积分、肝功能、血脂变化情况,并评价临床疗效。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为75.56%、51.11%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②两组治疗前后组内及组间比较,中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。③两组治疗前后组内及组间比较,ALT、AST、GGT水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);TG、TC两组组内及组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益肝解毒方能有效改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者的临床症状,并具有修复肝损伤、保护肝细胞的作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of ＂Yigan Jiedu Decoction＂ in the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of phlegm and blood-stasis accumulation.Methods Ninety cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 45 cases were treated with routine therapy and ＂Yigan Jiedu Decoction＂,and control group in which 45 cases were treated with routine therapy and silymarin,with a course of two months.The changes of syndrome scores,hepatic function and blood fat were observed,and the clinical efficacy was assessed.Results The overall effective rate was in the treatment group and control group were 75.56% and 51.11% respectively,with a significance between them（P0.01）.There were significant differences in syndrome scores and the levels of ALT,AST and GGT between before and after treatments in both groups and between the two groups（P0.05,P0.01）;but there was no statistical significance in levels of TG and TC between before and after treatment or between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Yigan Jiedu Decoction＂ is effective for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of phlegm and blood-stasis accumulation and improve the hepatic function.
