头穴丛刺长留针法治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察头穴丛刺长留针法治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将60例血管性痴呆患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用头穴丛刺长留针法治疗,对照组30例服用吡拉西坦片治疗。两组疗程均为6周,观察认识功能和生活能力评分量表变化,评价其认知功能及社会行为能力的变化。结果治疗后两组患者MMSE和ADL评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论头穴丛刺长留针法治疗血管性痴呆具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the long-retention cluster scalp acupuncture therapy for vascular dementia.Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by cluster scalp acupuncture and control group in which 30 cases were treated with piracetam,with a course of 6 weeks.MMSE and ADL scales were used to evaluate the cognitive function and social behavior ability before and after treatment.Results After treatment,MMSE and ADL scores were obviously improved（P0.05,P0.01）,with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Long-retention cluster scalp acupuncture therapy is quite effective for vascular dementia.
