肺心宁胶囊中南葶苈子包煎提取方法的研究

摘　　要：目的考察大批量提取时不同包煎方法对肺心宁胶囊中的南葶苈子成分煎出的影响,优选最佳方案。方法以南葶苈子中槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷提取率为主要评价指标,选取不同材质布料及不同装样量对肺心宁胶囊中的南葶苈子进行包煎,并考察提取时间、提取次数、加水量对肺心宁胶囊中的南葶苈子包煎的影响。结果用单层纱布装1/4药材包煎效果最佳,在适当装量下提取次数对其包煎提取指标成分影响显著,以3次为佳。结论包煎所用不同材质布袋及装样量对肺心宁胶囊中南葶苈子成分煎出的影响很大。Objective To study the effects of different wrap-boiling methods in extracting components from Descurainiae Semen in an attempt optimize the extraction scheme.Methods Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-gentiobiosiden was used as assessing item to evaluate the extraction efficiency.The influential factors on extraction,such as the extraction time,extraction times and amount of water,were investigated by using different cloths and different loading volume of Descurainiae Semen.Results The extraction efficiency was best by packing bag made of single gauze with 1/4 volume medicine and three extraction times.Conclusion Different cloth materials for packing bag and the amount of Descurainiae Semen in the bag play important roles in extracting efficiency.
