摘　　要：对固定式作业井架(BJ-18型)安装标准化存在问题进行了剖析,提出了固定式作业井架安装标准化施工对策,提高了固定式作业井架安装质量,避免固定式作业井架在安装使用过程中发生井架底座溜滑和倒塌事故,有效地促进了安全生产。Problems existing in installation standardization of fixed operation den＇ick （BJ-18） are analyzed deeply. Then some coun- termeasures about standard construction of fixed operation den＇ick installation are presented, which can improve the installation quali- ty of fixed operation denick, aw）id the slippery and collapse of derrick substructure in the process of derrick installation and usage, and promote the safely production effectively.
