湖北高新产业持续性技术创新瓶颈与对策

摘　　要：持续性技术创新是提升高新产业可持续发展的重要因素。在复杂和动态的竞争环境下,高科技人才的培育,企业自主创新能力以及科技转化能力等发展状况,都影响着高新产业技术创新的有效性和持续性。通过对湖北省高新产业发展现状的剖析,以及与我国经济发达地区高新产业的对比分析,揭示了湖北省高新产业持续性技术创新的瓶颈及其产生的原因。在此基础之上,从高科技人才培养环境,科技成果转化能力和科技型中小企业技术创新能力等方面,提出了提升湖北省高新产业持续性技术创新的基本对策。The sustainable technical innovation is the important factor to enhance the sustainable development of high-tech industry.In a complex and dynamic competition environment,there are so many factors affecting the effectiveness of technology innovation and continuity in high-tech industry,such as high-tech talent cultivation,the enterprises＇ independent innovation ability and transfering ability of science and technology.Through the analysis of high-tech industry in Hubei Province,especially with the contrast analysis of that in developed areas,this paper discusses the bottlenecks in enterprise sustainable technology innovation and its influencing factors.Moreover,the paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures to sustainable technology innovation ability in Hubei.
