摘 要:目的:探讨优质护理服务模式下柔性激励在护理管理中的应用效果。方法:利用柔性激励及组织文化建设等手段引入优质护理服务责任制整体护理模式,协调护理人员切实加强临床护理工作,改善护理服务。选取2011年上半年实施优质护理服务责任制整体护理模式的骨二科为实验组,与同期实施岗位功能制护理模式骨一科为对照组,观察两组在患者满意度、护士满意度及各项护理质量考核成绩。结果:实验组患者满意度、护士满意度、护理质量考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务模式下柔性激励适用于县级医院护理部,能明显提高患者对护理工作的满意度、护士个人成就感及整体护理质量。Objective : To investigate the application effect of flexible incentive measures to nursing management in the implementation of high quality nursing service mode. Methods : The flexible incentive measures and organizational culture construction were introduced into re- sponsibility holistic nursing mode of high quality nursing service in order to strengthen clinical nursing care and improve nursing quality. No. 2 department of orthopedics was selected as the experimental group ,in which the responsibility holistic nursing mode was implemented in the first half year of 2011, and No. 1 department of orthopedics was taken as the control group { implementation of post responsibility nursing mode . The patients" satisfaction, nurses" satisfaction and the result of quality assessment were observed in the two groups. Results : The patients" satisfaction, nurses" satisfaction and the result of quality assessment were significantly higher and better in the experimental group than the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :The flexible incentive measures are applicable to the department of nursing of coun- ty- level hospital. The measures can significantly improve the patienth satisfaction with nursing service, the nurse~ sense of personal ac- complishment and quality of holistie nursing care in the implementation of high quality nursing service mode.
