优质护理模式在老年糖尿病初次住院患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理模式在老年糖尿病初次住院患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将50例老年糖尿病初次住院患者按实施优质护理前后分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组按常规专科护理,观察组按优质护理模式护理。观察、比较两组治疗期间汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、在住院期间对临床护理工作满意情况和出院8周后自我管理能力。结果:观察组HAMA与HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对住院期间临床护理工作满意情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),出院8周后自我管理能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年糖尿病初次住院患者中实施优质护理模式,可有效减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情况,提高临床护理质量、患者对护理工作的满意度及出院后自我管理能力。Objective：To explore the application of high quality nursing service mode to the initially hospitalized elderly patients with diabetes and the clinical effect. Methods ：50 elderly patients with diabetes were divided into the observation and control groups （25 cases in each group） according to the time and order before and after the implementation of high quality nursing service. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided high quality nursing service. The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Hamilton Depression Scale （ HAMD）, the patients＇satisfaction with nursing service during hospitali- zation and the ability of self management after discharge for 8 weeks were observed and compared between the two groups. Results：The scores of HAMA and HAMD were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;the patients satisfaction with nursing service during hospitalization was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 } ; the patients ability of self management after discharge for 8 weeks is much better in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The implementation of high quality nursing service can effectively reduce the patient anxiety and depression, and improve the quality of nursing care and the ability of self management of elderly patients with diabetes.
