“益康XP”替代抗生素对早期断奶藏羔羊生长发育的影响

摘　　要：为了在早期断奶藏羔羊日粮中添加达农威"益康XP",通过观察早期断奶藏羔羊生长发育的影响,确定其代替抗生素的可替代性。试验选取早期断奶(55±2)日龄,体重(7.91±0.83)kg藏羔羊42只,随机分为3组(每组14只,公母各半),饲喂基础日粮为粗蛋白和能水平量分别为(18.02%/12.95)MJ/kg的开口料。实验Ⅰ组为基础日粮,实验Ⅱ组为基础日粮+1%"益康XP",实验Ⅲ组为基础日粮+0.03%莫能菌素。试验结果表明:实验Ⅱ组藏羔羊的日增重明显高于实验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组,差异显著(P<0.01);实验Ⅱ组藏羔羊的日采食量高于实验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组,实验Ⅱ组对藏羔羊的腹泻率明显低于实验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);65日龄后,各实验组对藏羔羊血糖(GLU)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和球蛋白(GLOB)差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明基础日粮中添加"益康XP"能降低藏羔羊的腹泻率、提高羔羊的生长,是抗生素的一种良好替代品。The research was carried on substitutability of adding Diamond V＂XP＂-yeast culture into diets instead of Antibiotics by the effects on growth and development in early-weaned lambs. Selected 42 early-weaned （55＋2 days, weighted 7.91＋0.83 kg） Tibetan lambs, divided into 3 groups randomly （14 in every groups, half males and half females）, feeding basal diet which levels of crude protein and energy were 18.02% and 12.95 MJ/kg separately. The first group （group Ⅰ ） was basal diet, the second group （groupⅡ ） was basal diet with 1% Diamond V＂XP＇-yeast culture, the third group （group m） was basal diet with 0.03% monensin. The results showed that the daily gain of Tibetan lambs in group II were significantly （P〈0.01） greater than group Ⅰ, Ⅲ; the feed intake of Tibetan lambs in group Ⅱ was higher than group Ⅰ, Ⅲ, and which diarrhea rate in group Ⅱ was significantly （P〈0.05） lower than group Ⅰ, Ⅲ; there were no obvious difference （P〉0.05） among the three groups in blood glucose （GLU）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum total cholesterol （TC）, serum total protein （TP）, serum albumin （ALB） and serum globulin（GLOB） from 65 days age onwards. It showed that the basal diet with Diamond V ＂XP＂-yeast culture could decrease the diarrhea rate and increase the performance of Tibetan lambs, Diamond V＂XP＇-yeast culture was a favorable substitute to antibiotics. growth
