摘  要:用大段 ( 3cm长 )自体骨和同种异体骨在羊负重的胫骨上移植后 ,植骨要产生替代和再生过程[1] 。由于组织抗原与移植骨固有性的差异 ,对上述过程要有不同的力学反应。作者在自体移植骨、新鲜同种异体移植骨和深冷冻 辐照同种异体骨分别植入 2 5支羊胫骨的实验基础上 ,应用离体拉伸试验 ,测试分析了不同周期 (植入 6、12、18、2 4个月 )植骨和对照骨的生物力学参数 (弹性模量与极限强度 )。结果表明 :植入骨的愈合、生长过程与其力学性质密切相关。不同类型移植骨在愈合、生长过程生物力学性质有明显差异。同时也证明深冷冻。After massive of auto and allografts bone were implanted in weightbearing tibia of sheep, the grafts would produce substitution and regeneration. Owing to the difference between the tissue antigens and the attribute in grafts, these processes had different mechanical effect. To clearify the correlation with stress and strength, the authors studied the effect of autografts, fresh allografts, and cryopreserved radiated allografts separately implanted in 25 sheeps, and analysed biomechanics parameters (Elastical muduli and Ultimate strength) of grafts at different intervals (6,12,18,24 months after implantation) and compared with normal control cortical bone by the invitro test. The results showed that the healing and growing of the graft were closely related to the mechanical properties and the mechanical properties of different grafts had significant difference. The results also demonstrated that cryopreserved radiated allograft was the most acceptable substitute of autograft in clinialuse.
