摘　　要：介绍Tuscany SCA的基本开发原理,通过Tuscany SCA将随书光盘数据库管理过程中常用的添加、删除、编辑、查询这4个常规操作组装成4个服务组件,并借助Tomcat将服务组件部署成标准的Web Service供第三方调用。This paper introduces the basic developing principle of Tuscany SCA, this project is to assemble the four conventional functions ： add, delete, edit, and inquire, into four service components by Tuscany SCA, and with the help of Tomcat, service components are deployed the standard Web Service for third-party＇ s calling.
