摘 要:为了探讨60Co不同剂量辐射对木薯主要农艺性状的影响,为木薯辐射诱变育种提供依据,以木薯品种‘新选048’为供试材料,采用2000γ、3000γ、4000γ、5000γ、6000γ、7000γ、8000γ、9000γ8个等级的60Co辐射剂量对木薯种茎进行辐射处理,研究60Co辐射对木薯主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明:60Co不同剂量辐射,木薯的株高、茎粗、单株块根数、块根淀粉含量有明显差异。8000γ辐射比5000γ辐射平均株高增加40.26cm,茎粗增加0.53cm,块根长增加4.66cm,块根粗增加0.37cm。4000γ辐射比9000γ辐射块根淀粉含量提高4.53个百分点。由此可见,木薯采用60Co不同剂量辐射是获得突变体的有效途径。Abstract: In order to explore the effect of ^60Co radiation, and to provide the basis for the cassava radiation mutation breeding, the effect of ^60Co different doses of radiation on the cassava main agronomic traits were studied in this experiment, in which cassava variety 'Xinxuan048' was used as test materials and the cassava stems were treated with eight different levels of ^60Co radiation of 2000 γ 3000 γ 4000 γ 5000 γ 6000 γ 7000 γ 8000 γ 9000 γ of ^60Co radiation. The results showed that, the effects of ^60Co different doses of radiation, the cassava plant height, stem diameter, tuber number per plant, tuber starch content. 8000γ radiation than the 5000 γ radiation average height increased 40.26 cm, stem diameter increased 0.53 cm, tuber long increased 4.66 cm, tuber crude increased 0.37 cm. 4000 γ radiation than the 9000 γ radiation tuber starch content increased by 4.53 percentage points. It was visible that cassava using different doses of ^60Co radiation was an effective way to obtain mutants.
