摘　　要：采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量 ,可排除辅料的干扰 ,测定方法简便快速 ,测定结果准确可靠。该法与药典的非水滴定法测定结果相一致 ,值得进一步推广使用。A convenient method for quantitative analysis of norfloxacin contents in capsules was developed by means of first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry for the control of the quality of the capsules dosage form. This method was simple, rapid and accurate. The measured results were well in correspondence with that of Chinese Pharmacopoeia′s nonaqueous titrations method. So the modified method could be further used in practice.
