摘 要:船舶克令吊作为船用起货机被广泛运用于船舶运输业上,随着液压系统的更新换代和电液控制技术的发展,液压克令吊的设计和研发也被愈发重视。液压克令吊作为集机、电、液三位一体的产物,对于其维修和故障分析需要有一定的理论和实践基础。主要论述了液压克令吊的主要结构功能以及其电液控制部分的原理,对克令吊易出现的电气、液压故障进行分析和排除,并对克令吊的发展及其前景做出大胆的预测。Ship cranes as marine winch is widely used in the shipping industry, with the development of the hydraulic system and electro-hydraulic control technology, hydraulics crane design and R & D should be paid more attention. Hydraulic cranes as product of tzinity of the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, need to have some theoretical and practical basis for its maintenance and failure analysis. The hydraulic crane's three main institutions: the li^ng device, the rotary device, and the luffing device arc discussed, and there's structure and function of hydraulic control system and thc principle of electro-hydraulic control are introduced. The common failure of the hydraulic and electrical part are analyzed and excluded, and making a prediction of the development and prospects for the crane.
