摘　　要：当前非公有制经济组织党建面临传统党建模式滞后于党建实践、政治逻辑与经济逻辑的双重错置、组织地位"虚化"与党员角色"边缘化"以及党建机制与企业治理兼容性不足等问题。引入嵌入性制度是破解上述制度困境的有效途径。在非公经济组织党建工作中,要通过引入关系性嵌入,以在制度化信任的基础上强化组织认同;引入结构性嵌入,以构建多元嵌入的网络治理模式;引入资源性嵌入,以在互补性资源基础上强化多边合作。At present, the Party construction in non - public economic organization fell behind the party build-ing practice, facing the problems of the dual disposition in the political and economic logic, of the ＂ virtual ＂ of the status of the organization and ＂Marginalization＂ of the Party members, and the Party construction mechanism and the lack of compatibility in enterprise management. The Introduction of embedded system is the effective way to solve them.
