摘 要:针对某自来水厂现有监控系统的不足,依据供水工艺,设计了一种基于GPRS的无线通信监控系统。此系统以GPRS作为通信方式,利用工控机、智能仪表、传感器等设备实现对泵房现场压力、温度、流量等参数的监控和报警。首先,将现场数据传输到操作站的上位机中对其进行监测,经过上位机处理后的数据在传送到现场,以实现对现场数据的监控,克服了原监控系统传输速率低、工费高等缺点。通过协议转换器的设计,解决了系统因终端设备不同而带来的兼容性问题。最后,实际运行结果表明了该系统的稳定性和可靠性。For the deficiencies of the existing monitoring system of a water supply plant, a wireless communication moni-toring system based on GPRS was designed according to the water supply process. In this system, which takes GPRS as a means of communication, the industrial personal computer (IPC), intelligent instruments, sensors and other devices are adopted to implement the monitoring and alarm of the pumping station site pressure, temperature, flow and other parameters. The field data is transmitted to the host computer of operation station for monitoring, and the data processed by the host com-puter is sent to the spot to achieve the monitoring of field data. The system has overcome the original monitoring system's shortcomings of low transmission rate and high expenses of labor, and solved the compatibility issues caused by different ter-minal equipments by means of the design of protocol converter. The practical applicatiop result shows the stability and reliability of the system.
