摘 要:为了探讨与提高新型再生纤维素纤维与棉混纺织品纤维定量分析的准确性,以莫代尔、天丝与棉混纺为例,采用60%硫酸法与35%盐酸法,对莫代尔与棉混纺织品、天丝与棉混纺织品的纤维含量进行了比对试验与分析探讨。结果表明:天丝与棉混纺织品纤维定量分析,选择60%硫酸法来测定纤维的含量存在很大的误差,应选择35%盐酸法;莫代尔与棉混纺织品纤维定量分析首选60%硫酸法。Taking modal, cotton mixed textiles and tencel for example, the writer gives an account of the comparison test and analysis of the fiber content of modal, cotton mixed textiles as well as those of tencel and cotton mixed textiles with 60% sulfuric acid and 35% hydrochloric acid respectively. The purpose of the research is to study and improve the accuracy of quantitative analysis of the two different kinds of fibers mentioned above. The results of the test show that there exist errors in the test of the fiber content of tencel and cotton mixed textiles with 60% sulfuric acid. 35% hydrochloric acid is a proper choice. As to the test of modal and cotton mixed textiles, 60% sulfuric acid is the preferred choice.
