危化品企业职业安全健康管理体系与安全生产标准化一体化管理

摘　　要：分析了我国职业安全健康管理体系(OHSMS)与安全生产标准化标准的异同点,阐述了危险化学品企业实施OHSMS与安全生产标准化一体化管理的必要性。通过建立OHSMS与安全生产标准化一体化管理模式和体系框架,将危险化学品企业安全生产标准化标达标与OHSMS紧密融合,不断提升安全生产标准化达标等级和OSHMS运行的有效性,提升企业职业安全健康管理水平,减少职业安全事故发生。Similarities and differences between occu- pation health and safety managemenl system （OHSMS） and saety production standardization were analyzed, and lhe neeessily of there integraled man- agement in chemical hazards enterprises. Through the establishment of inlegrated management mode and framework of OHSMS and safety production stan- dardization, chemical hazards enlerprises eouht con- neel safety production slandard wilh OHSMS closely. As a resuh, it could improve safety production stan- dardizalion standard grade and efficiency of OSHMS operation, then promote management level of oceupalional heahh and safely and reduce occupational safety accidents.
