摘　　要：我国各级政府在绩效管理公众参与活动中进行了有益探索,但在实践中还存在着公众参与的深度不够、能力不足、参与主体缺乏科学界定等问题,针对这些问题进行深层次分析,提出建立和完善政府绩效管理公众参与的相关制度,增加政府绩效管理信息的透明度,提升公众参与政府绩效管理的能力以及公众参与主体的科学界定。It is undertook beneficial exploration that the government performance management at all levels for the activities of public participation in our country,but in practice there exist public participation is not enough,capacity is insufficient,lack of scientific definition in the main problems.Aiming at these problems,makes deep analysis,we put forward to build and perfect the government performance management system,to increase the management information transparency of public participation in government performance,to enhance the ability of public participation and government performance management as well as to give a scientific definition of the main body of public participation.
