摘　　要：思想政治素质是优秀拔尖人才培养的核心。在优秀拔尖人才培养过程中必须深刻认识并充分发挥思想政治教育的重要作用,它决定着人才培养的质量,是培养拔尖人才的根本性问题。思政课作为思想政治教育的主渠道,必须不断改革创新,增强思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,为培养优秀拔尖人才创造良好氛围。Ideological and political quality is core of excellent talent cultivating.In the process of cultivation of outstanding talent,it must be profoundly understood and given full play to the important role of ideological and political education,it determines the quality of personnel training,is the fundamental problems of developing excellent talents.Ideological and political education courses as the main channel,must reform and innovation,strengthen ideological and political education with pertinence and effectiveness,to train the outstanding talent with a good atmosphere.
