摘　　要：经济全球化进程不断加快,市场国际化发展势头迅猛。中国同世界交流合作的广度和深度不断拓展。在能源领域,中国与世界的合作日益加深,能源安全保障能力不断增强,中国正在迎来世界能源合作的大好机遇。Economic globalization and market internationalization are developing rapidly.Carrying out international energy cooperation,and executing the 'going out' strategy are demands of ensuring national energy security and stabilizing the global energy market.Communication between China and the world is becoming wider and deeper.In the energy field,the cooperation between China and the world is becoming deeper,energy security ability is becoming stronger,China is facing the great opportunity for energy cooperation in the world.We will strengthen cooperation with surrounding countries and other parts of the world,and actively participate in the global energy management,take on maintenance global energy market stability and the world energy security.
