摘　　要：陈天尺(1878-1944),晚清民国时期福建著名的文人、学者、医生。他生平经历丰富,年轻时从政,中年悬壶济世,著述颇丰,有戏曲、小说、诗文、杂著多种,还发明了丸药"胃金刚"、"肥儿丸"等,在当时文学界、医学界都有着十分重要的地位。Chen Tianchi（ 1878 -1944）, who lived at the turning of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China is a very famous scholar and doctor. He had a rich life experiences. He took part in the revolutionary activi- ties when he was young, and later he became a doctor. In addion, his works are extremely abundant in dramas, novels, poems, and so on. Also he invented some medical pills. He played a very important role in the literary circles and the medical circles.
