摘　　要：卫生经济学理论的适时引进和利用 ,为我国新的医疗制度改革提供了一个有效的指导 ,并将其具体实施纳入我国宏观的社会主义市场经济运作之中加以评估 ,为新的医疗制度提供经济学的理论依据和参考。我国的卫生经济学正处在起步阶段 ,伴随着新的医疗制度的实施而逐步形成有中国特色的卫生经济学体系。从卫生经济学角度阐述我国的医疗制度改革的内在必然性 ,并揭示卫生经济学在医疗制度实施过程中潜在的调节功能。WT5”BZ]Health economic theory,which was introduced and used appropriately,would guide the reform of medical system efficiently.The implementation of the reform of medical system should be evaluated in macro socialistic market economic operation,which would supply economic theoretic basis and reference for the new medical system.Health economic in China was forming the health economic system with Chinese characteristics with the implementation of the reform of medical system,though it was in the early stage at present.The author prescribed the internal necessity of the reform of medical system from the point of view health economic and revealed the potential regulative function of health economic during the implementation of the medical system.
