信息化背景下毒品犯罪案件的侦查难点及对策

摘　　要：社会信息化正在改变着人类的生产方式、生活方式和思维方式,同时也给侦查部门侦破案件提供了不可多得的良机。信息化侦查逐渐成为目前公安机关破获案件的重要侦查模式,对于许多大案、要案的侦破起到了重要的作用。毒品犯罪案件作为一种特殊的刑事案件,其侦查工作面临着许多困境,如何将信息化侦查的研究成果运用到毒品犯罪案件侦查中成为当前禁毒部门侦查人员关注的焦点。文章基于对信息化背景下毒品犯罪案件侦查难点的论述,提出当前侦破毒品犯罪案件的信息化侦查对策,以期对毒品犯罪案件侦查提供实践指导。Social information is changing the human mode of production, way of life and way of thinking, and also provides a rare opportunity to the investigation department to crack cases. The informatization investigation gradually becomes an important investigative mode of the public security organs, and has played an important role in the cracking of many important cases. Drug-related criminal case as a special criminal case, its investigation work is facing many predicament. How to apply the research achievements of information technology to the investigation of drug-related criminal cases has become the focus of the investigators of anti-narcot- ics department. Based on the discussion of investigation difficulties faced by drug-related criminal cases in the context of information technology, this paper proposes informatization investigating countermeasures to current drug-related criminal cases, so as to provide practical guidance on the investigation of drug-related criminal cases.
