摘 要:选取警察学院平行2个班级70人为研究对象,利用声音模拟训练进行3个月的分组实验干预。选择焦虑、心理疲劳以及心境指标对学员心理干预效果进行评价。结果表明,实验组学员比对照组学生心理疲劳降低明显;心境状态比对照组学生更加稳定,表现在TMD、紧张、愤怒、抑郁和慌乱明显降低;实验组学生比对照组学生认知状态焦虑更低,通过实验心理调控后,心理疲劳、心境状态和焦虑状态都较好地改善,个性调节促进了实验组学员射击时的心理状态,提高射击运动技能。To select parallel to the Police College 2 classes of 70 human subjects, use sound simulation training of grouping experimental intervention in three months. Anxiety, mental fatigue, and mood indicators to evaluate students sychological intervention. The results showed that the experimental group participants were significantly lower than the control group students' mental fatigue; mood state is more stable than the control group students, manifested in the TMD, tension, anger, depression, and panic is significantly reduced; experimental group than the control group students cognitive state anxiety low, through personalized psychological control, mental fatigue, mood state, and anxiety state better improved, personalized conditioning to promote a state of mind during the shooting of the experimental group students to improve the skills of the shooting sports.
