盐酸坦洛新联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸坦洛新联合前列安栓治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法对我院2009年7月至2012年5月收治的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者156例,按入院先后顺序分为观察组、对照组1和对照组2,每组52例,对照组1给予盐酸坦洛新治疗,对照组2给予前列安栓治疗,观察组给予盐酸坦洛新联合前列安栓治疗,分别评价每组患者的疗效及药物不良反应。结果经过两个疗程的治疗后,总有效率分别为观察组88.46%,对照组1 73.08%,对照组2 71.15%,观察组高于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05),而对照组1和对照组2疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后NIH-CPSI评分均有所下降。治疗后,治疗组NIH-CPSI总分、疼痛不适、排尿情况及生活质量的评分有显著改变(P<0.05)。而对照组1和对照组2 NIH-CPSI总分、疼痛不适、排尿情况及生活质量的评分略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坦洛新和前列安栓联合应用治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎,疗效显著,能迅速有效地减轻患者排尿及疼痛等症状,而且不良反应少,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy of tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with qianlieanshuan treatment for Ⅲ prostatitis.Methods 156 cases of prostatitis type III patients admitted to our hospital from September 2009 to July 2012,according to the admission,was divided into observation group and control group one and control group two,52 cases in each group.Control group one was given qianlieanshuan,control group two was given tamsulosin hydrochloride and observation group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with qianlieanshuan,to evaluate the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of each group.Results After two courses of treatment,total efficiency rate of observation group was 88.46%,while it was 73.08% of control group one,71.15% of control group two.Compared with control group one and control group two there was significant difference（P0.05）,while there was no difference between control group one and control group two.（P0.05）.NIH-CPSI score of the three groups had dropped after treatment.Total score,pain and discomfort,urination and the quality of life of observation group showed a significant difference after treatment（P0.05）.And the above indicators of the two control groups showed no significant difference after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with qianlieanshuan treatment for Ⅲ prostatitis has better clinical efficacy,it can alleviate urination,pain and other symptoms and has fewer adverse reactions,improve the life quality of patients.
