摘 要:葡萄糖转运蛋白(glucose transporter,GLUT)是哺乳动物转运葡萄糖的主要载体,在脑内有13种亚型的GLUT表达,每种亚型表达部位及功能不同。脑缺氧缺血可以增加GLUT的合成,以促进脑内葡萄糖的转运,适应无氧糖酵解增加的需要,对于维持脑组织能量供给,延迟由能量衰竭引起的级联反应有重要作用。该文将对GLUT的特点、在脑缺氧缺血后的动态变化及意义作一综述。] Glucose transporter proteins (GLUTs) are the imporSant carriers mediating the transportation of glucose into mammalian cells, there are 13 subtypes expression of GLUT, each subtypes express parts and function is different. The expression of Glucose transporters are increased following hypoxia ischemia in the brain, in order to promote the glucose transshi-pment in the brain, adapt to the needs of increasing anaerobic gly- colysis. It has an important role in maintaining enough energy supplement for the brain, delaying a cascade reaction of cerebral energy failure. This article is a review about the features of GLUT, dynamic change and significance of brain after hypoxic-ischemia.
