摘  要:通过水培试验研究Pb和Cr单一及复合污染对小麦叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,单一污染物条件下,随着污染浓度的递增,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量的变化规律大体一致,均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;复合污染的叶绿素含量与浓度呈负相关;叶绿素a/b的变化与叶绿素总含量的减少并不完全同步;Pb和Cr单一及复合污染对小麦的毒害程度表现为:(Cr∩Pb)〉Cr〉Pb.The hydroponic method was used to study the impacts of single and compound pollutants of Chromium and Lead on the chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings.The results showed that,compared with the contrast,under the single pollutant,with the gradual increasing density of pollutant,similar changes happened in the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and the total chlorophyll content,that is,the trend increased and decreased then.However,the chlorophyll content of compound pollutants was in the negatively correlation with the density.And the reduction in total chlorophyll content was not fully synchronized with the change of chlorophyll a/b;the degree of poison on wheat was expressed as,(Cr∩Pb) Cr Pb.
