青年学生左右上肢肱动脉血压差异性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨青年学生左右上肢肱动脉血压差异性。[方法]对233例在校学生使用汞柱式血压计测量左右上肢肱动脉血压,听第一声搏动音、搏动音变弱与搏动音消失值,比较左右上肢肱动脉血压的差异性。[结果]左上肢和右上肢收缩压、舒张压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);左右上肢舒张压搏动音变弱消失和搏动音不变弱消失差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]青年学生左右上肢肱动脉血压存在差异;左右上肢舒张压搏动音变弱消失和搏动音不变弱消失存在差异;舒张压一般应以消失音为准,如有变弱音不消失时,应以变弱音为准。Objective：To probe into the differences in braehial artery blood pressure between left and right upper limbs of young students, and to investigate the differ- ence of brachial artery blood pressure between left upper limbs and right upper limbs. Methods： A total of 233 young students in medical college were selected, and mercury sphymonanometers were used to measure blood pressure of two upper limbs of them, then to listen to the first pulsating sound, the decreasing sound and the level of disappearing sound and compare the difference of the blood pressure between left upper limbs and the right one. Results：There was statistical signifi- cant difference in contractive pressure and diastolic pressure between left upper limbs and right upper limbs（P^0.05）. The percentage in higher blood pressure in right upper limbs （41.20~,21.89~/＇oo） was more than that in left upper limbs （26. 18~, 14.16~/00）. There was statistical difference in diastolic pressure between the decrea- sing sound and the level of disappearing sound（P%0.05）. Conclusion. In general, the right upper limb is selected as the position of blood pressure measurement. For the first time, the blood pressure of patients should be measured and compared simultaneously in left and right upper limbs, the higher blood pressure level should be adoped if they were not the same,instead of using blood pressure level in right upper limbs as standards as usual. Diastolic blood pressure should generally be subject to the disappearance of sound, and if the changed pianissimo does not disap- pear,it should be subject to changed pianissimo.
