摘　　要：分析国内外护理文化建设的研究现状,阐述新形势下加强护理院校校园文化建设的必要性,探讨加强护理院校校园文化建设的实践。It analyzed the research status of nursing culture construction at home and in abroad, and expounded the necessity of strengthening the cam- pus culture construction of nursing schools under the new situation,so as to probe into the practice of strengthening the campus culture construction of nursing schools.
