摘 要:提出了一种基于有限状态自动机理论的电镀电源多波形输出方法。首先介绍了多波形脉冲电镀电源的工作原理以及有限状态自动机的理论,并以一种特定的电镀电源输出波形为例,详细介绍了如何利用有限状态自动机构建电镀电源多波形输出控制系统,实现了输出波形频率、幅值和占空比的连续调节。最后利用Simulink/Stateflow进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了该控制系统的有效性。A novel control system of electroplating power supply with multi-waveform pulse based on theory of Finite State Machine was proposed. First of all, the electroplating power supply as well as the theory of Finite State Machine was introduced. And then taking the output waveform of a special kind of electroplating power supply for example, the frequency, amplitude and duty ratio of the output waveform can be regulated continuously by this method. Finally, the performance of the proposed control system was verified effectively using the simulation of Simulink combined with Stateflow.
