摘  要:在借鉴国内外耕地质量相关监测体系经验及对耕地质量影响因素理论分析的基础上,对耕地质量监测指选取、指标监测周期进行了探讨,依据全面性原则、最小数据集原则、可操作性原则,初步建立了我国开放式可选择的耕地质量监测指标体系。监测指标体系包括了表征影响耕地质量的自然因素、社会经济因素、环境因素以及直接反映耕地现实产能的粮食单产及价格等指标,能全面体现耕地的综合质量并能满足现有主要耕地质量评价体系的需要,而且反映了未来土地资源监测越来越关注人类环境健康的趋势。This paper researched on the choice of monitoring indicators of cultivated land quality and its monitoring cycle based on the analysis of factors which influenced cultivated land quality and reviewing correlative monitoring system all of the world, constructed monitoring indicators of cultivated land quality of China according to principals of all sidedness, minimum data set, maneuverability. The monitoring indicators of cultivated land quality consisted of indicators which could indicate natural factors, social and economic factors, environmental factors, which influence cultivated land quality, as well as ain yield per unit and its price which could indicate cultivated land quality directly, so that the monitoring indicator system could indicate synthetic cultivated land quality, met the needs of current main evaluation systems of cultivated land quality in China. And the monitoring indicators of cultivated land quality reflected the concern of environment and health, which was the trend of land resources monitor in the future.
