摘 要:采用盆栽试验方法,通过外源添加汞、铅溶液,设置不同的有机肥施用量,研究其对太子参和虎耳草重金属汞、铅含量的影响。结果表明:随着有机肥施用量的增加,土壤中全量的汞、铅含量不受影响,而太子参和虎耳草中汞、铅含量不断减少,重金属的富集系数(BCF)也在减小;有机肥施用量分别与太子参、虎耳草中汞、铅含量及其富集系数均存在显著的负相关性。总体来看,太子参对汞的富集能力要强于虎耳草,而对铅的富集能力则相反。In order to explore the effect of organic fertilizer application on absorption of heavy metal Hg and Pb by the Chinese medicinal herb PseudosteUaria heterophylla and Saxifrage stolonifera, with adding exogenous mercury and lead, and set the different quantity of organic fertilizer to research the enfluence by pot experiment. The results showed that: with the increase of organic fertilizer application, the whole amount of Hg and Pb in the soil were not affected but the heavy metal content in PseudosteUaria heterophylla and Saxifrage stolonifera were decreased, the bioconcentration factors (BCF) of heavy metal also reduced at the same time. There were significantly negative correlation between organic fertilizer application and the heavy metal Hg and Pb content and BCF in plants. Above all, the enrichment capacity of Hg in Pseudostellaria heterophylla is stronger than Saxifraga stolonifera Curt, and Pb is the contrary.
