摘  要:从野生山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.)的地下茎、茎、叶组织中共分离获得内生真菌48株,鉴定出46株,分别属于12属、7科、5目、2纲,另外两株因不产孢未被鉴定。在鉴定的12属内生真菌中,以青霉属(Penicillium)为优势属,其次是顶枝孢属(Acremonium)和枝孢霉属(Dacylium);从栽培品种瑞昌山药(Dioscorea spp.)中分离获得内生真菌10株,分别属于4属、4科、3目、2纲。在鉴定的4属内生真菌中,头孢霉属(Cephalosporium)4株,拟茎点霉属(Phomopsis)3株,青霉属(Penicillium)2株,酵母菌属(Saccharomyces)1株。结果显示,野生山药(Dioscorea opposita Thunb.)内生真菌物种多样性明显高于栽培品种瑞昌山药。48 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Dioscorea opposita Thunb., among which 46 belong to 12 genera, 7 families, 5 orders and 2 classes, and the other 2 are not spore production which have not been identified. Penicillium is the dominant genus in 16 genera, followed by Phyllosticta and Cephalosporium. 10 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the cuhivar, which belong to 4 genera, 4 families, 3 orders and 2 classes, including 4 strains of Cepholosporium, 3 strains of Phomopsis. 2 strains of Penicillium and 1 strain of Saccharomyces. The results showed that endophytic fungi species diversity of wild yam (Dioscoretl opposita Thunb.) was significantly higher than the cultivars.
