摘　　要：近代对外贸易的发展和近代工业的兴起推动了近代城市化。在这次城市化中,既有新兴的城市,也有传统城市的转变。城市类型不同,其制度变革的动因及路径也不同,制度转变的模式也不同。因此,在城市土地管理从传统到近代的转变中,形成了不同类型的制度变革模式。The development of foreign trade and industry pushed forward with the urban- ization in modern China. During this process of urbanization, some emerging cities accompa- nied with the transformation of traditional cities. Due to different types of cities, the motive for the changes in urban systems and the routes differ, so do the models of system changes. Therefore, different models of urban land management have formed in the transformation of traditional urban land management.
