摘 要:目的调查分析院内感染及社区感染的现患率,为降低感染发生率提出预防控制措施。方法采用阅读住院患者临床资料和床旁调查相结合的方法,调查当日在院患者发生院内感染及社区感染病例,并对数据进行统计分析。结果当日实际调查921例患者中,发生院内感染34例、35例次,感染现患率为3.69%、例次感染率为3.80%;发生感染较高的科室依次是综合ICU、烧伤整形科、呼吸内科,分别占21.34%、18.40%12.00%;发生社区感染51例、51例次,现患率为5.54%;社区感染现患率较高的科室依次是呼吸内科、儿科、心血管内科,分别占36.00%、33.30%、30.43%。结论现患率调查可以全面了解院内感染及社区感染情况。OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence rate of hospital-acquired and community-acquired infections so as to put forward the prevention and control measures to decrease the incidence of the infections. METHODS By the means of reviewing the medical records combined with the bedside investigation, the patients with hospital- acquired and community-acquired infections that occurred on the survey day were investigated, the statistical analysis was performed. RESULTS Among 921 cases actually investigated on the survey day, hospital-acquired infections occurred in 34 patients (35 case-times) with the prevalence rate of 3.69%, and the case-time infection rate was 3.80%; the departments at high risk of hospital-acquired infections were in order as follows: integrated ICU (21.34%), the department of burn and plastic surgery (18. 40%), and department of respiratory medicine (12.00%) ; the departments at high risk of community-acquired infections were'in order as follows., department of respiratory medicine (36.00%), department of pediatrics (33.30%), and department of cardiovascular medicine (30. 43%). CONCLUSION The investigation of prevalence can help to comprehensively understand the status of hospital-acquired and community-acquired infections.
