消化内镜储存时间与使用前再消毒的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨消化内镜储存时间的安全期和使用前再消毒的必要性,为消化内镜储存、使用再消毒提供参考依据。方法使用后的消化内镜经分组使用戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛及过氧乙酸3种消毒剂进行消毒并经生物学监测合格后储存于内镜库内,于储存后的14d内分组每天进行生物学监测。结果采集的504份监测标本中均未检出致病菌,消毒后的内镜,进行生物学监测均未出现菌落,储存14d内的内镜监测合格率均为100.0%。结论经戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛及过氧乙酸3种消毒剂消毒合格的内镜,在合格的内镜储存环境中储存14d内使用前不必要再消毒。OBJECTIVE To discuss the safe period of preservation of digestive endoscope and the necessity of redisinfection before next use so as to prouide basis for the storage and re-dis infection of the gastrointestinal endoscopes. METHODS The endoscopes which were divided into three groups were disinfected by respectively using 2% glutaraldehyde, OPA（o-phthaldialdehyde）, and peroxyacetic acid, those qualified endoscopes were stored in the endoscope room, the daily biological monitoring was performed within 14 days after the storage. RESULTS There were no strains of pathogenic bacteria detected from the 504 sampled specimens, and no bacteria colony was found in the endoscopes after the disinfection, the qualified rates of the endoscopes stored within 14 days were 100. 0%. CONCLUSION It is not necessary to redisinfect the endoscopes if they are disinfected by glutaraldehyde, OPA（o-phthaldialdehyde）,and peroxyacetic acid and stored in proper storage environment within 14 days after standard cleaning and disinfection.
