摘　　要：目的探讨影响手术室医院感染的相关因素及控制对策,预防医院感染的发生。方法对手术室医院感染相关感染因素进行分析,结合医院2008年8月洁净手术室的启用,从制度、人员、物品、环境运行多方面加强管理,预防、控制医院感染。结果通过加强人员培训,提高了手术相关人员控制医院感染的意识,制定有效的洁净手术室管理制度及措施,优化工作流程,强化环节管理,各项制度及措施得以顺利实施,保证了手术室消毒隔离质量,有效控制了手术相关感染。结论强化医务人员对控制医院感染重要性的认识,全员参与,实现手术室全过程各环节的感染管理,是控制手术相关感染的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To discuss the related factors and control countermeasures for nosocomial infections in the operating rooms so as to prevent the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The related factors for the nosocomial infections in the operating rooms were analyzed. The control and prevention of nosocomial infections were intensified by starting from the runs of the system, personnel, items, and environment since the clean operating rooms enabled in Aug 2008. RESULTS The consciousness of infection control of the medical personnel has been improved through the enhancement of the training. With effective management system and measures of the clean operating room being formulated, the work procedure being optimized, the link management being intensified, and the system and measures being smoothly implemented, the quality of the disinfection and isolation has been improved and the surgical infections have been effectively under control. CONCLUSION The enhancement of consciousness to the importance of infection control, full participation, and the infection control during each link of the whole process are the effective measures to control the surgical infections.
