摘 要:于2009~2010年在保定市河北农业大学梨园内,选取具有代表性的10a生鸭梨,测定鸭梨不同发育期未套袋果实、套袋果实中营养元素含量,研究套袋和未套袋鸭梨果实中主要营养元素含量变化规律,揭示其含量差异。结果表明:果实中10种营养元素含量随果实的膨大而逐渐减少,套袋和未套袋果实中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Zn、B元素变化规律一致;套袋果实和未套袋果实中N、P、K、Mg、Mn、Cu元素含量基本相同,套袋果实中Fe、Zn元素总含量低于未套袋果实,Ca、B元素总含量高于未套袋梨果实。未套袋果实中各种常量元素总含量顺序为:K>N>P>Ca>Mg,微量元素总含量顺序为:Fe>B>Zn>Mn>Cu。From 2009 to 2010 in Hebei Agricultural University of Banding, selected representative 10 years born pears trees, by measuring the contents of mineral elements in the unbagged and bagged fruits of 'Yali' pears in different growth period,the variation of contents of mineral elements in 'Yali' pears fruits of unbagged and bagged pears were studied. The results showed that there were 10 kinds of nutritive elements in the fruits,whose contents would reduce gradually with the growing of fruits. The changes of N, P, K, unbagged fruits showed the same pattern. The contents of Ca, Mg, Mn, Cu, Zn and B contents in the bagged and N, P, K, Mg and Cu in the unbagged fruits were approximately equal to those in the bagged ones, with those of Fe and Zn in the bagged being less than in the unbagged and those of Ca, and B being higher than in the unbagged. The contents of nutritive elements in the unbagged fruits exhabited such a trendency:K〉N〉P〉Ca〉Mg,Fe〉B〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu.
