摘　　要：选择1a生山白兰苗木为试验材料,采用盆栽土培法以不同浓度PEG-6000水溶液对山白兰进行处理,研究PEG-6000对山白兰幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着PEG-6000浓度的增大,MDA含量增加,SOD和POD都呈现先升后降的变化趋势,游离脯氨酸一直呈上升的变化趋势,可溶性蛋白质呈先升后降再上升的变化趋势。Taking one-year-old Michelia alba seedlings as test materials, pot experiment was conducted, the effects of different concentrations of PEG-6000 aqueous solution on physiological characteristics of Michelia alba seedlings were studied. The results showed that with the increasing of concentrations of PEG-6000 aqueous solution, MDA contem increased, SOD and POD content increased first and then decreased, but overall than the control. Free proline had shown a rising trend. The soluble protein coment decreased firstly and then increased.
