摘  要:以除虫菊为试材,以带柄叶片为外植体,对除虫菊不定芽的诱导、丛生芽的增殖以及生根诱导进行了系统的研究。结果表明:升汞对除虫菊种子的毒害作用太大,次氯酸钠对种子的消毒效果比较好。叶片消毒选择次氯酸钠8min为宜,成活率高达95%;不定芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L,诱导率最高可达83.3%,不定芽个数为8.15;丛生芽增殖的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,增倍数达9.16;生根的最适培养基为不加激素的MS,生根率为80%。Using pyrethrum cinerariaefolium leaves as experimental materials,the factors of adventitious buds induction, shoot buds proliferation and shoots rooting were investigated systematically. The results showed that the effects of leaf sterilized with sodium hypochlorite were suitable than those with mercuric chloride. Leaf was sterilized in choice sodium hypochlorite for 8 minutes and the survival rate reached as high as 95 %;The suitable medium of adventitious buds induction was MS;-6-BA 0. 5 mg/L+NAA 0. 05 mg/L,which made the shoot buds differentiation frequency of 83. 3% and the average number of shoot buds per explants was 8. 15. The shoots proliferation medium was MS+6-BA 1.0 rag/ L-;NAA 0. 5mg/I., with the ratio of buds propagation was 9.16. The optimal rooting medium was MS without no hormones and the rooting rate of 80%.
