摘  要:对比分析了Ti-1023钛合金锻件折叠缺陷和铸锭内部缩孔经改锻后的缺陷差异。研究发现:Ti-1023钛合金折叠线性缺陷无明显宽窄变化、两端较圆钝,与表面呈一定角度嵌入基体,缺陷表面的氧元素含量较高,形成大量的氧化物颗粒;Ti-1023钛合金铸锭内部缩孔经改锻后的线状缺陷有明显的二次裂纹,且两端为明显的尖端,缺陷表面为自由表面特征,不含氧元素。The differences of Ti-1023 titanium alloy forging fold defect and shrinkage holes defect by forging were stud- ied. The results show that the width change of Ti-1023 titanium alloy forging fold defect is not obvious, both ends are round, and defect embeds in matrixes with an angle. Furthermore, the content of surface oxygen element is higher and it generates a great deal of oxide particles. However Ti-1023 titanium alloy shrinkage holes defect by forging possesses obvious second cracks, both ends are pointed. Defect surface is free surface withont oxygen element.
