摘 要:鉴于常见的高径比大的小型多次拉深成形零件传统级进冲压工艺及模具存在着材料利用率低、工艺复杂及模具无通用性等不足,提出了一种适用于小型多次拉深零件的新型自动传递模具结构设计模型,并对模具的工件换位传递系统及模具本体结构设计要点进行了概括。模具具有结构典型、生产效率高、操作安全和通用性好等特点,对五金产品、汽车零件及电器等领域中的小型多次拉深零件的模具设计具有一定的参考价值。For the common multiple drawing parts with the large ratio of height to diameter, in view of traditional pro- gressive stamping process and die having such drawbacks as low material utilization, process complexity and no die ver- satility, a new structure design model of automatic transfer die structure was provided, and the design points of the workpiece delivery system and body structure of the die were summarized. The die has such features as typical struc- ture, high efficiency, safe operation and good versatility, and it has a good value for the stamping die design of small multiple drawing products in such fields as hardware products, automobile parts and electrical appliance accessories.
