摘  要:对某马氏体高强钢材料进行准静态及动态拉伸试验,得到在不同应变率下材料的应力-应变关系。对John-son-Cook模型中的应变率强化系数C进行修正,建立了考虑应变率效应的高强钢本构关系。通过对不同应变率、不同加载状态试验的断裂应变进行分析,结果表明,应变率对断裂应变的影响没有规律,而随着应力三轴度的增加,材料的断裂应变降低。对Johnson-Cook断裂模型的参数进行修正,建立了考虑应力三轴度的断裂模型。将Johnson-Cook本构模型和断裂模型的相关参数输入到ABAQUS中进行仿真模拟,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,从而验证了该本构模型与断裂模型的正确性。Quasi-static and dynamic tensile tests were conducted on a martensite high strength steel, and the stress- strain relationships in different strain rates were studied. The strain rate constant C was determined in the Johnson- Cook constitutive model, which considered the strain rate effect. The fracture strains obtained from different loading tests were compared. The results show that strain rate has little influence on the fracture, the fracture increases with the stress triaxiality increases. The parameters of the Johnson-Cook damage criteria were determined, which considered the stress triaxiality. The parameters of Johnson-Cook constitutive and damage criteria were applied to the simulation in ABAQUS. The simulation results agreed with the test data, which show that the constitutive and fracture model are correct.
