摘 要:在建立圆截面轧扁的物理模型基础上,确定了定长轧制工艺制件长度与轧辊直径之间的数学关系模型,以JD型整体放电极线定长轧制成形为算例,求解定长轧制时的轧辊直径,分析圆截面轧扁时影响制件长度的因素,提出了轧制过程的调整和控制方法。在实际轧制试验情况下,制件的长度误差为1.16%,满足工艺质量要求,取得了较好的应用效果。Mathematical relation model that between parts length of fixed length rolling technology and roller diameter was established based on the established physical model of circle section rolling flat. The roller diameter of fixed length rolling was solved, influence factors of parts length as circle section rolling flat were analyzed, the adjustment and con- trol method in rolling process were put forward, which took the rolling forming of JD entirely discharge electrode wire as an example. Error of part length reaches to 1.16% in the actual rolling case, which meet the technical quality re- quirements and obtain good application results.
